PINTA J. MAGUIRE
Graduate of the Osgoode Hall Law School
Call to the Bar in 2006
Pinta has approximately ten years of experience practising medical malpractice and professional negligence. Prior to joining the Plaintiff’s bar, Pinta practiced for six years at Lenczner Slaght LLP, one of the few firms retained to defend medical malpractice claims. Wanting to help individuals who have been seriously injured, she then joined a top tier Plaintiff’s firm to work almost exclusively in the area of medical malpractice.
Pinta joins the Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers Medical Malpractice group to continue her work acting for Plaintiffs injured through medical negligence. She also acts for those catastrophically injured through occupiers’ negligence, motor vehicle accidents and product liability. Pinta has appeared as co-counsel in the Superior Court, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal.
Pinta graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2005, specializing in Litigation, Disputes and the Administration of Justice. While at Osgoode, Pinta won the Dickson Medal as the top oralist of the Gale Cup Moot. Pinta was called to the Ontario bar in 2006 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates Society, the Medical-Legal Society, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
